The proposed garage(s) shall be used for domestic purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house(s)/flat(s) only and shall not be used for any industrial, commercial or business use.

No development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes, A, B, C, D, E and F; shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.

Notwithstanding the details hereby approved there shall be no windows inserted in the south elevation of the flats facing no. 24 Kershaw Close.

There shall be no caravans or boats parked in driveways or parking courts.


Notwithstanding the submitted details, conservatories shall only be built to 1&3 Grifon Road, 4,5,8 and 9 Hayley Close. No conservatory shall be built to 6 & 7 Hayley Close.

There shall be no openings and all glass shall be obscure glazed in the conservatories hereby approved, as follows :

a)The western elevation of 8 Hayley Close facing 3 Grifon Road.

b)The northern elevation of 3 Grifon Road facing the Warren Primary School.

c)The northern elevation of 4 Hayley Close facing 5 Hayley Close.
