| Description |
The garage hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.
No development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, E shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, no additional windows shall be inserted at the first floor level in the rear (west facing) elevations of the dwellings and no alterations to the size of the first floor windows in these elevations shall be carried out. No additional windows shall be inserted at the first floor level in the north facing elevation of the dwelling on plot 2, and no alterations to the size of the first floor windows in this elevation shall be carried out.
