Description
The proposed garage(s) shall be used for domestic purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house(s)/flat(s) only and shall not be used for any industrial, commercial or business use. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995 and Section 55 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the garage hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.
