| Description |
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) (with or without modification), no development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C, D or E shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) (with or without modification), no additional windows shall be inserted in any of the flank walls of the dwellings hereby approved. The garages hereby approved shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site or for incidental domestic storage use only and no other purposes whatsoever. The garages shall not be used for any form of habitable accommodation. Explanation of classes: Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A = Extensions to property, B = Changes to roof, C = Other alterations to the roof of dwelling, D = Porches, E = Sheds etc, F = Hard surfacing, G = Oil storage, H = Satellite dishes |
