| Description |
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995, no development included in Schedule 2, part 1, Class A, B, C, D and E; shall take place at either of the semi-detached dwellings, hereby approved, without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995 and Section 55 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the garage hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever. The flank windows in the upper floor elevations of the pair of semi-detached dwellings and the replacement dwelling on the plans hereby approved (indicated as Plots 1, 2 and 3 on the plans hereby approved) shall be permanently fitted with obscured glazing and fixed closed to a height of 1.7 metres above the internal floor level.
