Planning application THU/376/95

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995, no development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C, D and E, shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority. The garages shall not be used for habitable accommodation without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority.
