Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no extensions, or dormer windows, roof lights or first and second floor windows, other than those expressly authorised by this permission, shall be erected or formed to houses on plots 121-350 (Adamsley Road, Addington Close, Agusta Road, Alwoodley Close, Ashridge Close, Bearwood Road, Delamere Close, Queenwood Road, Tandridge Place, Wentworth Road, Woodbridge Way) as detailed on Plan reference 'Option 1 Concept Layout BH030 005 Rev T' without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority.
