| Description |
Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A and B of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no extensions shall be erected on the dwellings.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class D of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no porch extensions outside any external door facing the highway shall be erected on the dwellings. Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class F of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no hard surfaces shall be formed within any part of the residential curtilages located in between the dwellings and the boundary with the public highway. Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 2, Class A of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no gates, fences, walls or other means of enclosure shall be formed within any part of the residential curtilages located in between the dwellings and the boundary with the public highway or on that boundary itself. Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 2, Class C of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification) there shall be no painting of the external surfaces of the walls of the dwellings which face onto any highway adjacent to the curtilage.
