Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B or C, of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 [or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification] no extensions or roof alterations shall be carried out to the dwelling hereby permitted.

Part 1, Classes A = Extensions to property  B = Changes to roof  C = Other alterations to the roof of dwelling.
