| Description |
Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1 Classes A, B, C, D and E of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order amending, revoking or re-enacting that Order) no extensions or alterations to the dwellings hereby approved shall be undertaken and no outbuildings shall be erected within the site without planning permission having been obtained from the local planning authority. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any order amending, revoking or re-enacting that Order) the garage hereby permitted shall be used only for the parking of vehicles in connection with the residential use of the property.
