The list of all land and properties owned by Thurrock Council has been updated to reflect exactly what the council owns now.
The list has information about what is owned by the council and whether it is used by the council or leased to other organisations. The Local Authority Land and Premises List can be found on the Thurrock Council website at: thurrock.gov.uk/council-land-and-premises/local-authority-land-and-premises
Cllr Richard Bingley, Leader of Thurrock Council, said: “Having an up-to-date, published and easily available list means that we are entirely transparent.
“This identifies all of the properties we own, and gives more information about how they are used and if they are rented out to other organisations.
“This kind of transparency is extremely important, and something that we will ensure is easily and readily available to anyone who wants to know more about what the council owns and does.”
