If you still need to contact us after checking our information and services online, you can use the 'Comments and questions' or 'Request a service' links on the right-hand side of each service information page.
You can also access our services online using computer tablets and direct phone lines at our main Civic Offices in Grays, below. We cannot offer face-to-face support unless you have already contacted the service you need and been given an appointment.
We include direct contact details in our pages where we offer support by phone, email or post. We also advise on how to complain.
We cannot provide face-to-face support at our Civic Offices, except to vulnerable residents who have been given an appointment.
Our main offices are the Civic Offices, New Road, Grays, RM17 6SL.
We ask all residents, wherever possible, to use our website for information and services – it’s much quicker and easier online.
Our main arts and culture centre is the Thameside Complex, Orsett Road, Grays, RM17 5DX.
