If you still need to contact us after checking our information and services online, you can use the 'Comments and questions' or 'Request a service' links on the right-hand side of each service information page.
You can get help to access the internet and use our online services at local libraries, community hubs and community centres.
We include direct contact details in our pages where we offer support by phone, email or post. We also advise on how to complain.
Visiting us
We cannot provide face-to-face support at our Civic Offices, except to vulnerable residents who have been given an appointment.
Our main offices are the Civic Offices, New Road, Grays, RM17 6SL.
We ask all residents, wherever possible, to use our website for information and services – it’s much quicker and easier online.
Our main arts and culture centre is the Thameside Complex, Orsett Road, Grays, RM17 5DX.

Opening times
We only provide face-to-face support for our most vulnerable residents who have been offered appointments:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays.
The Thameside Complex includes Thameside Theatre, Grays library and Thurrock Museum, which have their own opening times.
Check individual opening times for other Thurrock libraries and family hubs.
