Issues with My Account access

We are aware of an issue affecting My Account logins and password resets on mobile devices. Where possible, please use a laptop or computer when logging in or resetting your password.

If you do not have access to a laptop or computer, you can also try: 

  • Turning your phone to landscape mode
  • Using your mobile browser's 'Desktop Site' or Desktop Mode' option
