Thurrock Council has expanded its use of the Mid and South Essex Shared Care Record to help improve the support children and families receive from our social care services.
Working in partnership with Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System (ICS), the Shared Care Record is a secure system that brings together important information from local health and care organisations. This means professionals supporting a child or family can quickly see the details they need in one place, such as past support from social care or relevant health information, such as treatment histories.
