No development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C, D and E, shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.

The garages hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.
