| Description |
No gates, fences, walls or other means of enclosure shall be erected or constructed beyond the forwardmost part of any wall of the dwelling which fronts a highway.
The garage hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever. No development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A,B,C,D,E,F shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority. No caravans/boats shall be sited in front of the forwardmost part of any of the dwellings. Notwithstanding the details hereby approved there shall be no additional windows inserted in the flank elevation of 2,15,22,25,27,41,48 Hawkins Drive and 28,44 Edmund Road without planning permission from the local planning authority.
