No gates, fences, walls or other means of enclosure shall be erected or constructed beyond the forwardmost part of any wall of the dwelling which fronts a highway.

The garages hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.

No development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A,B,C,D,E & F; shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.

No caravans/boats shall be sited in front of the forwardmost part of any of the dwellings.

The proposed first floor flank windows of 6 and 25 Hyde Close and shall be top light opening only, and permanently fixed glazed with obscure glass, prior to the first occupation of those units.
