No development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C, D and E shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.

The roof space of the dwelling shall not be used to provide additional residential accommodation without a further grant of planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.
