| Description |
No gates, fences, walls or other means of enclosure shall be erected or constructed beyond the forwardmost part of any wall of the dwelling which fronts a highway including Mill Lane.
The garages hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.
