| Description |
No gates, fences, walls or other means of enclosure shall be erected or constructed beyond the forwardmost part of any wall of the dwelling which fronts a highway.
The garage hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever. There shall be no means of vehicular or pedestrian access between the development hereby permitted and Fenner Road, and no additional vehicular or pedestrian access points, over and above those hereby permitted, between the development and Fleming Road. No development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C, D, E and F; shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority. Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary, no additional windows shall be inserted to the properties without first obtaining the written permission of the Local Planning Authority. No caravans/boats shall be sited in front of the forwardmost part of any of the dwellings. The first floor landing window in the flank elevation of 61 Francisco Close shall be top light opening only and permanently fixed with obscure glass prior to first occupation of the dwelling.
