| Description |
No gates, fences, walls or other means of enclosure shall be erected or constructed beyond the forwardmost part of any wall of the dwelling which fronts a highway. No extensions to the properties (inc garages) shall take place without extra planning permission. The garage hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever. No caravan/boats shall be sited in front of the forwardmost part of any of the dwellings. |
