| Description |
The garage hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.
No development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class F shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority. No development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C, D, E on 9-15 odds & 21 Gilbert Road, 1,3,4,5,6 Gabriel Close, 3-18 Girona Close and 33,41,51,55-61,71-77,89-93 odds Grifon Road shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, no additional windows shall be inserted to the properties without first obtaining the written consent of the local planning authority. No caravan/boats shall be sited in front of the forwardmost part of any of the dwellings.
