No extensions to the properties (inc garages) shall take place without extra planning permission.

The garage hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, no additional windows shall be inserted to the northern elevation at first floor level without first obtaining the written consent of the local planning authority.
