The garage hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.

Areas for garaging & parking of vehicles shall be made available at all times for such purposes & no permanent development shall be carried out on such land.

No sheds, greenhouse extensions or other structures shall be placed or erected within the curtilage of the site without planning permission.
