| Description |
No gates, fences, walls or other means of enclosure shall be erected or constructed beyond the forwardmost part of the dwelling which front a highway.
The garages hereby approved shall be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever. No extensions to the houses (4 named and 1-14 Hove Close inclusive) shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority. |
