Description

The car parking spaces/carports, covered and uncovered hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.

No development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, E on 81 & 85 Giffords Cross Road shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.
