No fences, walls or other obstructions above 600mm in height forward of the front of the dwelling.

No extensions to the properties (inc garages) shall take place without extra planning permission.

The garage hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.
