Planning application 07/00805/FUL

The parking areas shown on approved drawing dated 25.7.2007 shall be suitably surfaced prior to the occupation of the dwelling hereby approved, and permanently retained for the parking of vehicle in connection with the residential use of the site.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995, no development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C, D and E shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.
