Description
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995, no development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C, D, E. F, G and H; shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995, the roof of the new dwelling and roof of the detached garage hereby permitted shall not be used for any purpose (except to gain access for maintenance/repair purposes) unless otherwise previously agreed by the Local Planning Authority.
