The proposed garage shall be used for domestic purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse only and shall not be used for an industrial, commercial or business use.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995, no development included in Schedule 2, part 1, Class A shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.

The first floor windows in the northern elevation shall be permanently fixed glazed with obscure glass prior to the commencement of use of the development hereby permitted.
