Description

The first floor windows in the eastern elevation shall be permanently fixed glazed with obscure glass prior to the commencement of use of the development hereby permitted.

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, no additional windows shall be inserted into the flank elevations of the dwelling hereby permitted.
