Description
The proposed garage shall be used for domestic purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse only and shall not be used for any industrial, commercial or business use.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1988 no extensions to the property including garages, shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the local planning authority.
