Planning application 05/01264/FUL

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995, no development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C, D, & E shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.

The development hereby approved shall contain habitable accommodation at ground floor level only.
