Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1988, no extensions to the bungalow (including garages) or alterations of the roof of the dwelling shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local planning authority.

The garage hereby approved shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.
