Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1977-1983 no extensions to the property shall be place without the grant of additional planning permission by the local planning authority.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1977-83 and Section 22 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971, the garage hereby approved shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.
