Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1988 no extensions to the property hereby granted permission (including garages) shall take place without the grant of additional planning permission by the local planning authority.

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary there shall be no use made of the roof space above the garage/ancillary building without prior consent in writing from the Local Planning Authority.
