Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1988 no extensions to the property hereby granted permission (including garages) shall take place without the grant of additional planning permission by the local planning authority.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995 and Section 55 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the garage/parking area hereby permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.
