Planning application THU/737/94

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1988, no development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C, D and E, shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority. In particular this shall include any alteration to the roof of the dwelling, by the insertion of windows, dormers or any other opening or any other opening or the change from hipped to gable any part of the proposed roof.
