Description
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995, no development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, D and E, shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.

The garage hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.

Explanation of classes:
Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A = Extensions to property, B = Changes to roof, C = Other alterations to the roof of dwelling, D = Porches, E = Sheds etc
