Planning application 09/00383/OUT, 09/00634/FUL

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995, no development included in Schedule 2, part 1, Class A -E shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.
