Notwithstanding the requirements of condition 4 above, the periphery of the site shall be enclosed be open style, timber post and rail type fencing and not close board fencing.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995, or any subsequent re-enacting or revoking Acts or Orders, no development falling within Classes A to E shall be carried out on the site without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995 and Section 55 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or any subsequent Acts or Order revoking or renewing the provisions of that Act or Order, the garages hereby permitted shall be used solely for parking of vehicles in domestic use or for incidental domestic storage only.
