| Description |
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995, or any subsequent re-enacting or revoking Acts or Orders, no development falling within Classes A or E shall be carried out on the site without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority. The garage shall not be used for habitable accommodation or any form of commercial use without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority.
