| Description |
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995 or any subsequent Act or Order, no development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C, D and E shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.
