Description
The garage hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.

No development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C, D, E and Part 2, Class A shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.

No windows or other openings shall be inserted into the east flank elevation of the dwelling house hereby approved without first obtaining the written permission of the Local Planning Authority
