Notwithstanding the provisions of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (amendment) (No. 2) (England) Order 2008 (or any order amending or revoking such an order) No development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C,  E,  shall take place without the granting of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.

No additional windows shall be inserted anywhere within the dwellings without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority.

Part 1, Classes A = Extensions to property  B = Changes to roof  C = Other alterations to the roof of dwelling  D = Porches E = Sheds etc
