Planning application 18/01065/FUL

Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1 Classes A, B, C and E of the Town and Country Planning [General Permitted Development] Order 2015 [or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification] no extensions, dormer windows, outbuilding or other form of addition falling within the above classes shall be carried out without planning permission having been obtained from the local planning authority.
