Description

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 2015, or any subsequent re-enacting or revoking Acts or Orders, no development falling within Classes A or B shall be carried out on the site without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority with the exception of any ancillary outbuildings not exceeding 10 cubic metres in volume.

Notwithstanding the Town & Country Planning [General Permitted Development] Order 2015 [or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification] the flank windows in the north facing elevation shall be obscure glazed and fixed shut to 1.7 metres above internal floor level  and shall be permanently retained as such.
