Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 2015, or any subsequent re-enacting or revoking Acts or Orders, no development falling within Classes A, B, C or E shall be carried out on the site without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority with the exception of any ancillary outbuildings not exceeding 10 cubic metres in volume.
