Planning application 17/01347/FUL

Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1 Classes A, B and E of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order amending, revoking or re-enacting that Order) no garages, extensions or separate buildings (other than ancillary outbuildings not exceeding 10 cubic metres in volume) shall be erected within the site without planning permission having been obtained from the local planning authority.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 2, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order amending, revoking or re-enacting that Order) no wall, fence, gate or other means of enclosure, other than those shown on the approved plans, shall be erected around the boundary of site without planning permission having been obtained from the local planning authority.
