Description
No additional windows or other openings, including any change to the height or size of the windows on the plans shall be inserted into the flank elevations of the dwellinghouse without first obtaining written permission of the Local Planning Authority.

The proposed lounge window facing No.176 Lodge Lane and the breakfast area window facing 22 Mead Close, should be permanently fixed paned and obscure glazed.

The garage hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.

No development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C, D and E shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.
